Dublin [DUB]

Dublin is a very dynamic city to visit. This is based on my first and only visit. Given it’s long and rugged history it’s perhaps to be expected that it would be so interesting and lively. If you’re interested in going it’s worth researching why Ireland seems to be doing so well economically. Some might debate that but as a visitor your observations might lead you to think things are going well here. It was only my first visit and there’s only so much that can be observed in 13 days, but I tried.

The following are some points that I’ll look back on:

Sept is a good time to visit
Weather changes all the time
People are very friendly
Food from many cultures is available and quite good quality
Dublin is very walkable and public transport is also really good
A trip through the Wicklow mountains is time well spent
